This rich drink should both revive you and settle your stomach after a big holiday meal.
Ingridients
- 1.25 oz Fernet-Branca
- 1.75 oz Cinzano Bianco Vermouth (may substitute 1.5 oz of a different Italian dry vermouth)
- .75 oz Galliano L’Autentico
- Garnish:
- Top of a mint stalk
- Glass:
- Cocktail
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass. Add large ice cubes and stir for 40 revolutions. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the top of a mint stalk.
