Fernando Cocktail Recipe


This rich drink should both revive you and settle your stomach after a big holiday meal.



Ingridients
  • 1.25 oz Fernet-Branca
  • 1.75 oz Cinzano Bianco Vermouth (may substitute 1.5 oz of a different Italian dry vermouth)
  • .75 oz Galliano L’Autentico
  • Garnish:
  • Top of a mint stalk
  • Glass:
  • Cocktail

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass. Add large ice cubes and stir for 40 revolutions. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the top of a mint stalk.
